Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all thermostats, sensors, or hardware components are placed in their original packaging with all included manuals and accessories.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
